As Mennonite Church USA seeks to be missional, it needs tools which support congregations' efforts to organize around God's unique missional purpose.  Mennonite Church USA needs such tools for the growing number of urban, Racial/Ethnic and new immigrant congregations, for rural congregations which are becoming increasingly marginalized in a global economy, and for mission partners outside the USA.   Church Extension Services seeks to be an important partner with these congregations and their conferences and with the international ministry programs of Mennonite Church USA by providing a loan program that makes funds available to congregations and programs that normally have difficulty qualifying for loans through regular lending instititutions to secure property for a church meetinghouse.
